Compass Church

A growing church whose communications had grown faster than its identity. A full brand and web redesign made every touchpoint feel like one church, and event sign-ups jumped almost 40%.

Branding · Graphic design · Web design · Communications strategy

A spread of Compass Church campaign designs: sermon series graphics, seasonal invitations, and event cards.
One identity, many voices: series and event creative built on the same system.

The situation

Compass Church was reaching people across in-person events, online channels, print, and more, and every channel had developed its own accent. Each piece was made with care. Together they didn't add up to one church. For a first-time guest deciding whether this place was for them, that inconsistency quietly raised the cost of saying yes.

What we built

A complete identity and web redesign, then the harder part: a communications system that kept it consistent. Strategic brand foundations, a graphic language flexible enough for a sermon series and a Christmas invitation, and a website rebuilt around the person walking in the front door rather than the people already in the room.

Creative systems over one-off creative. The goal was never a prettier flyer. It was that everything Compass touched would feel unmistakably like Compass.

The mark, carried by the people it points to.

What happened

Event sign-ups rose almost 40 percent. Direct traffic climbed double digits after the relaunch, and repeat giving among engaged households firmed up several points, the quiet sign that consistency was building trust beyond the events themselves. The total redesign turned communications from a weekly scramble into a steady, recognizable voice, and the teams behind it could finally produce on-brand work without reinventing the wheel. Belonging starts with recognition. Recognition is a design decision.

People can't join what they can't recognize.
