The situation
Enjoyco makes emotional health understandable and, true to the name, enjoyable: therapy, courses, books, and workshops. What they didn't have was reach. In a crowded wellness space full of noise, a small company with real substance needed people to hear its voice long before they were ready to book a session.
Not a Christian nonprofit, for the record. The growth physics are identical.
What we built
A podcast produced to a standard and a schedule, every week, no exceptions. Social design with actual craft: bold, warm, unmistakably Enjoyco, in a feed full of beige. The two worked as one system, each episode cut and designed into a steady visual presence that made the brand feel bigger than its headcount.
What happened
Twenty thousand listens in the podcast's first year. An audience that turned into clients fast enough that the counseling staff doubled. The lesson travels to every mission I serve: show up consistently with something genuinely valuable, and the audience does the math on trust for you. Brand earns the demand. The calendar converts it.
Consistency is the strategy. Everything else is decoration.
